1. Enrollment

To enroll in the EmbrFyr.com Affiliate Program, you must complete and submit the online application form. We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. Note that Phantom Corporation, based in Arizona, is the parent company of EmbrFyr.com.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

Promote EmbrFyr.com: Actively market and promote EmbrFyr using your unique referral link.

Compliance: Ensure your marketing materials comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Accurate Representation: Do not make false or misleading statements about EmbrFyr.com.

3. Commissions

First Tier: Earn 20% commission on each referred customer’s subscription.

Second Tier: Earn 10% commission on subscriptions from referrals made by affiliates you’ve recruited.

Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly, provided the minimum payout threshold of $50 is met.

4. Restrictions

Prohibited Activities: Affiliates may not use spam, unsolicited emails, or other illegal marketing methods.

Trademark Use: Affiliates must not use EmbrFyr trademarks in domain names or misleadingly imply a direct partnership.

5. Affiliate Account Termination

Immediate Access: Affiliates will receive immediate access to the referral platform upon acceptance.

Review and Termination: EmbrFyr reserves the right to review affiliate activity and applications. Affiliates may be removed at any time if deemed not a good representation of our business.

Inactivity: Affiliates must remain active. Those who are inactive for a reasonable period may be removed. We seek affiliates who are consistently working to grow their referral network.

6. Term and Termination

Duration: This agreement begins upon your acceptance into the program and continues until terminated by either party.

Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice.

7. Modification

EmbrFyr reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.

8. Limitation of Liability

EmbrFyr will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state where EmbrFyr operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By joining the EmbrFyr Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
